|Filedrecording Birds Vogels Den Treek - Oorlab|
2 files of the same recording - made at March 21st 2010 in Den Treek a forest area south of Amersfoort. The second file is the first with a filter on it below 200 Hz, in an attempt to lower the noise of the traffic (ca 5 km in the distance but still discernable) and airplanes. Recordings were done with Ediroll R-09HR and treated with Audacity, Cubase SL2 and plugins for equalization from Meldaproduction.

Ediroll used to record birds in a garden. Two files are made from this recording - one unfiltered so you can hear the never absent aeroplane as a low rumble; the second file is the filtered recording - cut out all frequencies below 2000 kHz to put the focus on the birds. The third file in this set is a record of wind and rain of the Xynthia storm that passed over Europe, killing people in Spain and France.
